Salt & Spine was created from a desire to provide thoughtful, principled chiropractic care that truly serves the individual, not a system, schedule, or checklist.
Dr. Riley earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2019 and has spent her career caring for patients recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, and seeking to move and function better in everyday life. Prior to founding Salt & Spine, she served as a clinic director in a busy personal injury practice in Atlanta, where she treated a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
Since 2023, Dr. Riley has also served as a professor at Life University, working closely with chiropractic interns in a clinical teaching environment. This role keeps her engaged with evidence-informed care, clinical reasoning, and current best practices — ensuring that her patients receive thoughtful, up-to-date treatment grounded in sound clinical principles.
Dr. Riley’s approach to care is also shaped by her background as a dual athlete. She is a competitive CrossFit athlete and has spent years involved in horseback riding and equestrian sport, experiences that have given her a firsthand understanding of the physical demands, repetitive strain, and injury risks athletes face across very different disciplines.
Whether caring for competitive athletes, active individuals, or patients simply seeking to move more comfortably, Dr. Riley brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to each visit — allowing care to be practical, intentional, and realistic.
Care at Salt & Spine is individualized, unhurried, and grounded in integrity, compassion, and service. Every recommendation is made with the patient’s best interest in mind — no pressure, no unnecessary treatment, and no one-size-fits-all plans.
